Bill is a geologist with over 35 years of international experience in the mining industry. He is a founding director of the Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group ("AAMEG") and was its Chairman from 2011 to February 2016. Bill is a former President & CEO of Anvil Mining Limited, a company founded in 1993 and recently sold to Minmetals Resources Limited for US$1.3B.
Peter is a metallurgist with over 30 years experience in the minerals industry. He has extensive international operational, development and corporate experience and was the former CEO of Golden Star Resources, director of Anvil Mining and was CEO of Copperbelt Minerals Limited. Peter is currently the CEO of Independence Group [ASX:IGO, market capitalisation AUD1.7Bn], a diversified mining and exploration company listed on the ASX.
Adam has been involved in the New Zealand financial markets for over 30 years, including as Assistant to the Minister of Finance, CEO of a private equity firm, and investor in several agri-business and technology companies.

Managing Director and CEO
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry, a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Finance). John has over 15 years experience as a CEO and has deep experience in working with technology development both domestically and internationally. During the 1990’s, John worked on the extraction of minerals from waste geothermal fluids.
Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Mike graduated from Otago University with a Bachelor of Mineral Technology (Hon). He was previously the Senior Vice President of Business Development with Anvil Mining and the Chief Operating Officer of Copperbelt Minerals. He has worked in operational and business development roles in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Algeria and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Andrew graduated from Auckland University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and has worked for leading consulting engineering companies in the design of steam field and geothermal power stations and reverse osmosis plants in New Zealand, Australia and Kenya.
Dr. Bill Bourcier
Bill is a geochemist at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California. He helped design the silica extraction process used at Mammoth Lakes geothermal power station. Bill was previously Research Director with Simbol Materials in the US, a company that is developing techniques to extract lithium from geothermal fluids.
Technical Services Manager
Mark has a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from UCSD, USA. He has over 30 years of experience in applied research relating to the development, manufacturing, controlling of colloidal silica manufacturing processes.
CFO and Company Secretary
Mike qualified as an accountant in Western Australia before joining Arthur Andersen and working in Perth, London and Sydney and qualifying as a chartered accountant. Mike has over 30 years of experience in a number of senior finance and company secretary roles and more recently as Group Finance Director of Panafrican Group.
